Guests can also enjoy complete privacy and comfort in the two smaller guest cabins that flank either side of the main house. Directly in front of the main house is a multilevel patio complete with a large stone swimming pool. Additional features to the pool are a children's pool and a heated spa complete with waterfalls down to the main pool and one cascading down into the spa from an authentic windmill and cedar water chute. A custom built lighted stone and concrete outside patio complete with fire pit make an excellent refuge for everyone to enjoy relaxing after a long day of hunting. Another plus to the headquarters is a beautiful cedar horse barn with stone sidewalls that sits a little ways down the hill. It has eight stalls, including a double sized mare & foal stall, with separate feed and tack rooms. The barn is fully furnished, with a bunkhouse style apartment and full bath for house guests. With two paddocks, a run-in horse shed, a round pin, and a fenced 25 acre coastal Bermuda pasture adjoining it, this facility is exceptional for owning and raising horses.
The perimeter and interior fences and pens are 8 foot tight-lock wire high game fencing. A service gate, in addition to the main entrance with a solar powered gate and stoned key pads, provides additional access.
